We strive to make the process as easy as possible for our clients, by taking the guess work out, and focusing on the unique needs of each project.

Intro call and walk-through
An introductory call is needed to understand the client’s key goals for the project. Basic questions are asked, and by the end of the call we are scheduling time for a walk-through of the site, in order to best assess the scope of work.

The very first step in the process is getting to know you. We love to learn about your likes and dislikes, what makes you smile, what you and your family need in terms of design and functionality. Through the onboarding conversation, we star your “buzz words”; AKA you are asked to use descriptive words to help paint a picture of a space or theme. You might say you want your dining room to feel “warm”, or for your primary bedroom to look “cozy”. Each client is different, the best way to get to know each other is with open dialogue and communication.

Clients receive personalized color stories and moodboards for each space being worked on. Each room has a vision, and moodboards are our way of presenting that inspiration before a complete mockup is designed.
-
We set our clients up with an advanced interior design web program, which allows them to visualize their space with the actual furniture, window treatments, décor and wall art that we’ve selected. The program breaks down total cost per room, allowing clients to properly budget for their project.

We work with trustworthy installers to do the tasks of assembling and moving furniture and installing artwork and hardware.
